Notes (2)

  1. 1Likewise in other lexica; references at Photius xi33 Theodoridis (supplementary lemma to xiphismos). The verb is used by the comic poet Cratinus (fr. 219 Kock, now 234 Kassel-Austin); cf. generally xi 74. ↩
  2. 2From the dream-interpretations, in verse, attributed to Astrampsychus (alpha 4251). ↩
