Translation
[Meaning] the craftsmen [sc. in Rome] concerned with currency; [the ones] who, during the reign of Aurelian, corrupted the currency, did away with their own official Felicissimus, and stirred up a civil war. Aurelian had some difficulty in handling them but managed it by excessively cruel punishments.
